Remote Access via VPN

Greetings,

Our main office has 1 Domain controller (Server 2003 Standard) and we
desire our users at the remote branch to access an app on that server
via VPN. There is a standalone Win 2003 server at the remote site.
How do I configure the client to access that app on the server via VPN?
