running windows 2003 small business server, currently using remote access
which only allows 2 users at a time to connect to server, is there a way to
allow more users to connect at the same time and what is the setup procedure?

Hi Mister,

The two connections are for admin purposes only (remote administration
mode). You can have maximum 3 users simultaneous, including console session.
The SBS 2003 can not support Terminal Services in Application Server mode
(necessary to connect more users at the same time).

Hi - please post SBS questions in microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs.

As the other reply stated, you cannot install Terminal Services on SBS. Get
a separate server & licenses for that. The SBS box is not designed to have
users log into it at all - it allows for Remote Desktop for *administration
only*. Users should not have permission to log into the server at all. You
can use Remote Web Workplace to allow users to connect to XP Pro desktops on
the LAN - that's "poor man's terminal server" and works pretty well.
