Remote Access to MN-700

Is it possilbe to remotely access the MN-700, and change
the settings. Would I need to setup the modem to do this,
or can I get in on a port with my WAN IP address (ie
66.66.66.66:5690). I do not want to connect to a certain
computer in my network, rather the base station itself.
Is that possible??

No, this is not possible. There is no remote admin port.
