Remote Access across VPN Connection with Windows 2003 Server

I have a laptop with Windows 2003 Server and am trying to connect across a
VPN link with Remote Access to another server. It seems, that there is either
some security issue with Windows 2003 connectiing through VPN or some issue
with Windows 2003 trying to establish a Remote Access connection across a VPN
link.

Does anyone have an ideas on how I can get Remote acess across a VPN link?
I can do so if I am wired onto the network.

I am confused by this. VPN is a remote access connection. Do you perhaps
mean you want to run remote admin or remote desktop over the VPN connection?
That should work OK.

Sorry, Bill, I did mean Remote Desktop. It seems that I can connect to
shares through the VPN connection for remote access, but I cannot seem to use
Remote Desktop. I have been told by others that it works with XP. There are
also errors in the VPN connection log, but as I said, I can connect to share,
after a few tries.

Any ideas? I will try the suggestion in the article that Nuklear mentioned.
