Assuming that the 4MB service is available at your exchange - there is no
need to disconnect/cancel your service yourself.

Just order the 4MB service and Bulldog will disconnect you and reconnect you
to the 4MB service.

If the 2MB service is being provided via IPStream, then the downtime should
onlybe a few hours. If it is provided via DataStream you are looking at a
longer period of downtime.

Regards
Sunil
