Perhaps you have something like this already in place, but I would use
http://f8lure.mouselike.org/ and set up some tests for ADSL users in the area
Include some BT Wholesale and LLU users. Add some users in a different area as control samples. If there is a correlation , the
graphs will be valuable evidence.
