registrey key in windows 98

hi,
i have a lot of computers on my network with the win98
on these computers i have a registrey key enabled witch
prevent users from hitting ESC and get to the windows
desktop. in other words, if you dont have the right
username and password or the right ip adress you cannot
log in

i need to take that registrey key out

someone please help
