Regini to Remove DNS Suffixes

We used the regini command to add DNS suffixes, regini -m \\computername
suffix.txt. Can this script be modified to remove all DNS suffixes instead of
add them? Here is our suffix.txt file:

\Registry\Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Service s\TCPIP\Parameters
SearchList="aeci.local,aeci.org"
