regarding website creation.

Hi,

I create a website and added it into the IIS, by the new website adding
option-- and pointed to my web folder where the site is.After creation
i tried by typing the path in URL and got it.

My question is that,

when it type the following path - http://domainname/art.htm the page is
displaying.
but when i type the path - http://domainname it show a plain
page, displaying the
content(ie. art.htm and
it's folder),by clicking the content art.htm, the page is dispalying..

How can i able to display the art.htm by typing http://domainname
(like yahoo.com,or like art.com),i mean the main menu,from the domain
name itself,
