Does somebody know why is possible to change only some(few) keys under
the HKEY_Local_Machine?

This is an example:
I've created a registry file which changes the name of the pc, and
these keys are both in the Local_Machine section. It works, no
problem.
But I also want to modify some keys about the monitor, ex
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Class\Monitor\0000]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Enum\Monitor\MyMonitorType\ecc.]
but when I launch the .reg file I got the message update succefully
but nothing happen to the keys.
