I'm going to reformat my hard drive, and I have installed
a wireless adapter(mn-730) on my desktop, do I have to
uninstall my adapter, and then put it back once again
when done formatting? I have XP

No, there won't be anything to "uninstall" after the format. You would need
to install it fresh, just as you will with your programs.
