References for Web Site Architecture Planning?

Hi.

I am in the process of planning out a medium-sized web site
architecture using win server 2003 boxes. I am wondering if
there are any links out there that could provide a detailed
description of how to best design the network. I am looking
for topics such as:

1) scaling for high-volume traffic
2) sercurity
3) designing the namespace
4) clustering (esp. database architecture)

I am hoping that there is an online resource that (also) provides
a lot of schematics and diagrams to illustrate points as I like to
get a visual sense of things.
