Dear All, Please help.

I have a windows 2003 server domain and would like the ability to remote
into clients PC'S with them still logged in and work / help while they
watch.

Can windows remote do this (I think not) or is there a better method to do
it.

Regards
Adam

You may try VNC. This link may help.

Try remote assistance. On the domain, you can offer remote assistance to any
domain workstation on theeasily (as long as the workstation has the firewall
exceptions set to allow it). I usually do this from the server itself via
RD.
