I use several servers (w2k3) as DHCP servers and split the the DHCP scopes
on several servers. But how do you managed reserved IP adresses because then
you have to assign the same address scope on several servers or do they talk
to each other so they know that one of them have a reserved IP adress ?

Sincerely

I configure them on every DHCP Server regaurdless. My DHCP boxes are all
configured exactly identical except for the Exclusions which control which
ddresses they actually give out. This way one DHCP can always take over for
another DHCP that has gone down by simply adjusting the Exclusions.
