I have DSL coming in through a hardware router that handles NAT for me.
I have a win2k3 server box with a modem.
I would like to automatically use a shared dialup internet connection
when the DSL goes down.
Can someone point me in the right direction for setting up the "shared"
and "automatic" parts of this connection?

Thanks,

Matthew
