Hi Brad,
Here is a support article on configuring split scopes in DHCP:

Basically, you put the full range of the scope on both servers. On the first
server you exclude the last 30% of the address space. On the second server
you exclude the first 70% of the address space. (That article shows a 50/50
split but you can set the exact percentages to meat your needs.)
