Redirect port 80 to another port on another computer?

I bought a video camera with a built-in web server:

You can use this camera, for example, to occasionally watch your baby
while you are at work.

But it doesn't work, I think because Comcast blocks port 80.

Unfortunately the web server inside the camera cannot be configured to
use another port. So I have to find another way.

My wireless basestation is linksys. It can redirect port 80 to another
machine. What it cannot do is to redirect port 80 to another port on
that machine.

What are my options?
