Hey folks,

Sorry for the ignorance...

I've been putzing around and came seem to figure this out on Red Hat
9. Someone told me that it's set at default at 128KB, but I can't seem
to figure out how to change this or how to get the default.

Thanks...

I'm not sure what you are looking for but this might be it;

cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_rmem
cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_wmem

Can I ask why you would want to change them?

I would like to make them larger if possible. we are having some
issues with TCP performance where I'm at.

Is this a configurable parameter is /etc/sysctl.conf?
