Recommendations for wireless access to 20 school mobiles

I would be very interested to know if anyone is providing exterior
wireless access, especially to an approx area of 250x100 meters. What
equipment are you using?

We are looking to provide wireless access to twenty school mobiles.
There are three permanent buildings with wired networks spread equally
across the peripherary of the 250x100 meter area to connect WAPs etc.
