My new router only outputs its log in the Syslog format to another IP
address. Surely I can use WinServer2003 to receive and view these events,
but after hours of looking can't figure out how. Can I so this without
buying SMS?

It's just a small trial system so its a D-Link router and they don't seem to
have anything. Have been recommended Kiwi.
