Receiving mail in Outlook 2003 with BT Broadband

Cannot get this to work.

Followed the instructions as per "Setting up email in Outlook 2002 or
2003" in the
BT Yahoo! Broadband Help but still no mail arriving!

Had similar problem. Turned out to a known issue with Norton Firewall.
