Reboot of Operations Master (what happens to rest of domain)?

We need to make some changes to our operations master server in our Active
Directory domain that requires a reboot. What effects will this have on the
domain?

Which OM are we talking about here. Generally you can get away with
rebooting any of them to no ill effects with the exception of the PDCe.

Out domain is pretty small, so all roles are on one server. Any ideas?

Just reboot it.
It doesn't take that long to reboot.
