Realtek RTL 8139

I accidently erased the software of my network adapter
Realtek RTL8139 (A/B/C/8130) PCI Ethernet Controller.
When I download the drivers on the site, the computer
doesn't recognize them. Can U help me to install this
adapter again? Thanks...

- Get a new set of drivers from www.driverguide.com
- Always keep a copy of all your drivers on a CD.

Assuming you downloaded the correct driver file, these are in the
w98_2000 subdirectory of the zip. So unpack the zip and remember the
location on your hard disk.

Delete the pci ethernet controller in the device manager and reboot.

On restart windows will find new hardware and ask for the drivers.
Browse to the w98_2000 subdirectory of the unpacked zip.
