Realtek Fast Ethernet Adapter

Hi,

Host computer operates WXP Home. Other has W98SE.

Istalled Realtek Cards on both computers, no probs on
host computer but whatever I try the W98 system tells me
that although it has the latest drivers they just will
not install. Hence I am stuck and cannot proceed with
setting up my home network.

Would very much appreciate any help you very
knowledgeable people may be able to offer.
