Realtek 8029AS - is this 10Meg-100Meg or rather less ?

Hi all,

Have two Win98se systems across coax (!) With realtek 8029as on each,

PC 1 = 550MHz P-3
PC 2 = Athlon 2G

Yet cant get DVD's from PC-2 to play on PC-1, I guess this means the
8Megbps I need
isnt getting through, yet I though 8029AS chips were at least 10Meg !

Any comments ?
