How can I uninstall this driver. It conflicts with the
driver for my wireless LAN card.I have tried deleting it
from it's properties page but it reinstalls itself on
reboot

You can disable the onboard LAN device in the device manager or
alternatively give it a static ip address different from (or outside
the dhcp range of) the wireless device.

Don't uninstall it. Right-click it in Device Manager and select Properties,
then "Disable in this Hardware Profile". That will turn it off and prevent
it from becoming active again.
