I work at a non-profit organization and we were lucky
enough to receive a large donation of computers. They are
all running Windows 98, but one computer is running
Windows 98 SE. I have a cable box with sixteen ports
available for internet access, but I would rather have the
computers share internet access with one computer. I
DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THIS! I think the computers might
have been networked at their previous location because the
network dialogue comes up everytime you start up each
computer, but I'm not sure how to create my own network
and get all the computers on it. I'm not completely
computer illiterate, but I cannot make sense of the
circular directions given by the Help index. If someone
can please give me directions in plain English, I would
greatly appreciate that, and so would my students. Thanks
so much.

Check the guides at these sites. Oh, and forget the idea of having one PC
host the Internet access - if that computer goes down everyone goes down.
Use the router, that's what it's there for.
