Real time IP flow monitor for Home network

Dear all,

I am looking for a lightweight flow monitor that could run in my home
gateway. The idea would be that it could identify in real time IP
flows going through an active interface and visualize them in a web
page.

Does anybody know of such a tool ? Could maybe iptables serve this
purpose ?

You can use IPTRAF for to monitor the real time ip traffic.
