Read Only Problem

Hello,

Is there anyone can help me with the problem above? I have installed LINUX
9 and configured SAMBA. I have Windows 95, 98, XP and 2000 users, who is
using Office 2000 and Office 97. The one using office 2000 gets read only
each time they open a word, excel or power point file. I have given them
full access to the folder and files. I would like to know is there a
problem with Office 2000 and SAMBA?

Could you please help me.
