Try borrowing one and check. Also make sure you are using the right
settings, check with your IAP.

Who is your IAP ? AOL??

for broadband im with Zen. i have a USB frog as a modem. it does not alway take
10 mins, sometimes its within 30 seconds but usually at least a minute or two.
but as i said it can sometimes take up to tem minutes to sync up.
