I was under the misconception that because it was a 'Cisco' it would be
a good unit and the VPN client seemed suitable for a non techie.
Unfortunately their support sucks! The Draytek was an old unit put into
temporary service, and all our other units are Netgear. I've now ordered
a Netgear (non-wireless) 8 port gigabit router as it seems to be
reliable and doesn't need weekly reboots!

Mind you I've been wrong before.
