OK, so Binary Usenet (on Value, evenings) is 50kb; Download Sites are
256kb: are these correct?
I take only non-binary groups so presumably these aren't limited.
As for Download Sites, that speed is about 30kB/s - is the lower-case 'b'
intentional?
