OK did you do the normal start up procedure
after connecting every thing turn all equipment off
power up ADSL router when fully up
power up TP-Link router when fully up
power up computer when fully up check ip address
check for internet connection and connect to router manage control panel
(assess default gateway)
if ok great if not report back ipconfig settings
