The question is pertinent and well explained, but the answer would be
difficult to explain fro a beginner. I know that the first step is to
permit file-sharing, then after right-click on the folder and choice
"share" with a name. The last step is to adress this name like per
exemple a "network-drive" like "\\the-other-computer\the-name-choiced"

If someone can explain what i have said in more detaile ... that will
better help you.
