Since most routers default to no wireless encryption, it's simple
enough to connect to a new router wirelessly and configure everything.
I don't know why such a simple procedure would have a magic name,
however.
And though you don't NEED to set up a new router with a wired
connection, it's always advisable to do so, for multiple reasons.
