Looks normal to me. The router has three interfaces: WAN, LAN, and
Wireless LAN (WLAN). Each of the three needs its own MAC address, and
in my experience the three are typically in sequential order.

What were the problems it was having?

About all I can say is to use standard troubleshooting procedures.

When the issue is that a PC doesn't connect to a wireless router (or
access point), follow these steps, off the top of my head.

1. Temporarily disable all wireless security. If you're able to
connect it was a problem with the key or passphrase.

2. Does the router's web GUI show that the wireless function is
enabled, and the correct technology is selected? (802.11b versus 11a
versus 11g). Does the router's front panel display indicate that the
wireless function is enabled? Are the antennas properly connected? Are
there any signs of damage?

3. Determine whether the troublesome PC can connect to at least one
other wireless router or access point. Likewise, determine whether the
troublesome router or access point will accept connections from at
least one other wireless PC. These steps attempt to isolate and
identify the malfunctioning device.

Make sure the SSID is unique so that there's no doubt that you're
attempting to connect to your own network.

These steps aren't all inclusive, but hopefully they move you farther
along toward a solution. You may have tried all of them already, in
which case you might have a good idea of where the problem is.

A friend had the same problem once. She went to supportrix.com. They will look on the problem first then go on with the solution. It is efficient and quick.
