That is the MAC you will need, and yes it stays constant within the NLB
cluster. You will need to add a static ARP in your Cisco router to that MAC
in order to get traffic to it. I also recommend you have a independent
cluster switch.

That is exactly what I mean and yes a VLAN does very nicely. The reason I
say this is because of induced switch flooding by the NLB traffic.

No. The only way to change it is to change the load balancing parameters.
