Ya, we bought a bunch of them - all had the same problem. Lots of stuff out
on the web about how upgaded firmware has failed to solve this issue. Some
firmware works better than others. We sent ours back and bought Cyberguard
SG300s (shop around, you can find them for about $250.00). They're awesome!
