To stop the default behavior of your OS (I'm going to assume it's
Windows XP because that's the only OS I know that does that).
Right click on My Computer | click on properties | click on the advanced
tab | click on settings for "startup & recovery" | remove the check on
"automatically restart" | & click ok twice.
Now whenever you get the BSOD it will give you an error which we might
be able to help you with.
