Re-enabling Ethernet

This ASUS P4P800 motherboard has built-in
Ethernet LAN, described as "Marvell Yukon Ethernet"
before I disabled it in BIOS (having in 2004 multiple
difficulties with a bad OS installation and faulty DUN
-- all solved then.)

Now with a wireless modem on hand I need to reinstal
Ethernet capacity:
1. In the BIOS I re-enabled On-board LAN.
Should I also re-enable On-board LAN boot
ROM? (No explanation in MB manual.)

2. What drivers (or INF file) are required for Marvell
Yukon Internet? When PCI Ethernet is found at
reboot as a New Device Win98SE fails to find for
itself the right drivers: and no subfolder on the
CD in / Drivers / Netlan is named anything like
Marvell or Yukon (neither listed in its README.TXT.)

2b. No fewer than 222 INF files on C: include the
string ETHERNET -- but not one MARVELL or YUKON.

What next in order to activate the Ethernet device?

Aargh -- was on the ASUS motherboard CD.
OK now (I think.)

No, you don't need to enable LAN boot ROM.

If the Ethernet adapter was previously installed on this computer, the
drivers should already be there. When it asks where to find drivers,
tell it to look in C:\Windows\System and/or C:\Windows\System32.
