In Win Me DialUp Adapter/Networking and VPN are added using Add/Remove
Programs | Windows Setup | select Communications, Details and then checking
the appropriate boxes. If previously installed and deleted elsewhere it will
be necessary first to uncheck them in Windows Setup | Communications and then
OK and Apply before adding them back.
