And, lo and behold, future reference was duly required!
Mine suffered from the same problem yesterday.
I contacted my ISP and D-Link, who both advised to try resetting it and
trying again.
Did that - no dice.
Next step (seeing as it's under warranty) was to get in touch with
D-Link, who tell me to send it back to them, which I will do.

Update: I just got my router back from D-Link, after returning it under
warranty.
And - lo and behold - it came back with a new, uprated PSU.
Whether or not they did anything to the router is a moot point but the
original PSU is clearly a problem with this model.
