What service are you thinking of getting and where in the country are you?
Bulldog's service appears to be excellent if you are in one of their central
London exchanges which they have unbundled.
In other parts of the country, while its service is still generally quite
good, there are a few exchanges/customers with problems which Bulldog
generally appear to be resolving.

however, remember that people with problems are more likely to post than
those with a good service.. (the number of people with problems posting with
problems has gone down over time)
