Hi Timothy
The easiest way would be to install rdesktop (
http://www.rdesktop.org/) on
the linux
box (very fast compared to any vnc), and then just hit the start menu and
reboot.
Aonther soulution would be:
1. Install OpenSSH for Windows
(I reccomend this one
http://lexa.mckenna.edu/sshwindows/download/releases/ )
2. Download this vbs file:
http://www.robvanderwoude.com/files/logoff_vbs.txt
3. Change EWX_LOGOFF to EWX_REBOOT in the vbs file
3. Connect via ssh, and type "cscript logoff_vbs" to reboot the computer.
