Hello,

I would like to switch Server's 2003 RDP functionality to that found on XP
systems. When only one administrative terminal session is established and no
one is logged on to a console, I would like to come to the machine and log
directly to that disconnected session not to another new console, is it
possible?

O.

Hi,

If you need to connect to console session then click on Start -> Run ->
mstsc /console and click OK. In mstsc window that starts up enter name or IP
address of the computer you would like to connect to...

I hope this helps,

Mike

From the FAQ:
Q. How can I limit Terminal Services so a user can only connect
one time?

A.

For Windows 2000, there is a third-party application available that
does this—see thethin.net/r25b.zip.

For Windows Server 2003, set "Restrict each user to one session" to
"Yes" in Terminal Services Configuration. Alternatively, set the
"Restrict Terminal Services users to a single remote session" group
policy to "Enabled".
