Hi,

I would like to implement a layer 2 protocol in C for Linux. As L2
protool I mean that it doesn't use TCP/IP headers (e.g. ARP), its
frames should be packaged directly into ethernet or 802.11 frames.

Should I use raw socket programming or is there a better way?

Could anyone recommend a tutorial/howto/book?

Thanks a lot
