RASPPPoE ... any use?

Is RASPPPoE any use to me under Windows XP using a Draytek 2600 router,
and if so, how can i implement it?

if BT hasn't enabled it on your exchange you cant use PPPoE most are PPPoA

I didn't think they used PPPoE at all?
