RAS - VPN - TCP Errors

pls help

W2k3 SBS with 2 nics, 1 on LAN on on internet. DHCP running, VPN always gives TCP error 733 on client and 20050 on server. How do i setup RAS to always (only) use 1 ipaddress with proper GW and DNS address

btw:debugging tells me the exact error is to do with not being able to add a route, and therefore not being able to bind TCP???

Use a static pool of addresses for the VPN callers.

If this isn't the correct error, then you need to specify the exact
error,...don't just give the numbers, those numbers can be used for many
different errors.
