RAS - slow network browsing

I have...
1. Netgear firewall port 1723 open.
2. W2K Server: DC, DHCP, WINS, Exchange 2003
3. W2K3 Server: IIS and RAS
4. ADSL internet connection
5. Using an XP client I can successfully loagon to the
RAS server over the Internet.

My problem...
1. If I attempt to browse the intranet, the domain icon
takes 3-5 minutes to display.
2. Double-clicking the domain icon will cause a logon
dialog to display after about 5 minutes. Computers in the
domain will be displayed after about 5 minutes.
3. Browsing a computer's shares will take 5-10 minutes
eaxh.

Any ideas?
