RAS server drops external interface

Hi,

I have a multihomed W2K3 server doing RAS with interfaces on the WAN
and LAN side of the network. Every night, for no reason explained in
the logs, the WAN interface will stop responding and users are unable
to establish a VPN connection to it. I come in first thing in the
morning, disable and re-enable the WAN interface and everything is
then fine.

Any solutions for a fix? I've disabled power management on that NIC.
